Introduction
Cosmenor AS is the exclusive distributor of bodypaint.no in Norway. The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via www.bodypaint.no.

1. General information
These terms apply when you, as a consumer, place an order in the webshop www.skinvisibles.no (“the webshop”).

When completing a purchase, you enter into an agreement with Cosmenor AS. By placing an order, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
These terms may be updated. The applicable version is always available on the website.
2. Formation of contract
To shop, you must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian.
A binding agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation. The final agreement is considered concluded when you receive a delivery confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:
obvious pricing errors
technical issues
suspected fraud or misuse
Pricing errors may be corrected prior to the conclusion of the contract, or after if the error was obvious and should reasonably have been understood by the customer.
3. Payment, shipping and delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 4 business days, and no later than 10 days.
The amount is reserved at the time of order and charged when the goods are shipped. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders above NOK 750 (subject to change).
3.1 Goods not in stock
If an item is unavailable, only available items will be shipped.
3.2 Notification
You will receive tracking information by email when your order is dispatched.
3.3 Uncollected packages
If a package is not collected, we may charge a fee corresponding to our actual costs (currently NOK 150).
3.4 Cosmenor's right to refuse orders
We reserve the right to refuse orders on objective grounds, such as misuse of campaigns.
3.5 Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation and later a delivery confirmation by email.
3.6 Delays
In case of delay, you have rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act, including the right to withhold payment, demand fulfillment, or cancel the purchase.
4. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Angrerettloven. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period. You may use the standard withdrawal form (available on our website), but this is not mandatory.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
5.1 Returns and refunds
Goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying us
The customer bears the return shipping cost
You will be refunded the purchase amount including standard delivery costs
Refunds are made within 14 days after notification, but we may withhold payment until goods are received or proof of return is provided
Refunds are made using the original payment method.

6. Complaints
You have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Forbrukerkjøpsloven.
The complaint period is:
normally 2 years
up to 5 years for goods expected to last significantly longer
You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect.
6.1 Gifts and samples
Any gifts or samples received must be returned when returning goods.
6.2 Return costs for complaints
If the complaint is valid, we cover return shipping costs.
6.3 Allergic reaction
If you experience a reaction, please contact customer service. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws – see our Privacy Policy.
7. Payment and prices
All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT.
7.1 Card payment
The amount is reserved at the time of order and charged upon shipment.
7.2 Vipps
Payment is deducted directly from your bank account.
7.3 Klarna
When choosing Klarna, invoice and installment options are provided by Klarna AB.
Klarna performs a credit assessment and acts as an independent data controller for payment data. Payment is subject to Klarna’s terms. Late payment may result in fees and interest.
7.4 Pricing errors
In case of obvious pricing errors, we are not bound if the customer should reasonably have understood the error.
8. Product information
We aim to provide accurate product information, but recommend checking the product upon receipt. Colors and packaging may vary.
All content on the website is protected by intellectual property rights.
8.1 Shelf life
Products are marked with shelf life after opening (e.g. 6, 12, 24 months).
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably. You may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (www.forbrukerradet.no).
10. Changes to terms
Updated terms are published on the website.
